People can forget what you say, but they will never forget how you made them feel. 2 years ago, when my dad was first admitted into the hospital, Estee was one of the first few people to show up, waited with me at the A&E and made sure that everything was in the right order for me to claim. When my dad passed, Estee was there following up even when the hospitalisation claim took almost 6 months due to complications. Never once in these 6 months did I feel like I’m left alone and lost as to what to do.
After this incident, I realised insurance isn’t just a one-off transaction. It is not just a sales pitch. It is what happened after you signed on the dotted line. It is a long term relationship, so you need someone who’s always there and someone who’s really passionate about what he/she does. And Estee is that someone to me. She makes the effort to highlight any changes to policies or regulations in layman terms. She makes the effort to review your policies regularly to make sure they are updated to keep up with your changing lifestyle and goals.
What I see is just a very hardworking, genuine girl who became a friend whom I trust wholeheartedly to only sign all my policies with.
